- The biggest desert in Egypt is the Sahara Desert
- There's several mountain ranges within the Sahara, also many of them are volcanic
- 11,000 years ago there was a change in earths orbit which caused the Sahara grass land to become the Sahara desert

Nile River

- The Nile River is the longest river in the world
- The banks of the Nile are the most fertile farm land in all of Egypt
- This cultivated land makes up 4 1/2% of Egypt's total area
- It is known as the Nile Delta

The Pyramids of Giza

- The northern and most oldest pyramid of the group was built for Khufu
- The middle pyramid was built for Khafre
